What would you change?** First thing that needs more attention is better regulation of the city planning and building. The whole city is in the state of neglect due to years of unregulated development. It needs improved urban planning and strict rules that need to be followed. That would improve both transportation and issues with infrastructure. More social housing and decentralization into smaller urban hubs. Subway would solve most of the public transit problems.
